- Defended a national franchise involving multiple drownings on Lake Michigan in connection with the franchisee’s powerboat.
- Obtained a favorable settlement in a case arising out of a murder of a cruise ship entertainer during a stay at a hotel in the Virgin Islands.
- Defended a motel operator where a guest was found unconscious in a public area with a head injury and profound brain damage.
