Robert “Bobby” Rutter focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate and litigation matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, general securities, private placements, commercial and residential real estate, construction defects, and property damage.
Specifically, in the litigation area, Mr. Rutter has worked on behalf of insured and insurers in large scale property losses and liability claims.  Mr. Rutter also maintains private clients for which he handles a various legal task including employment contracts, brokerage agreements and non-compete agreements.

Mr. Rutter graduated from Ohio Northern College of Law and moved on to Loyola University of Chicago where he is seeking his Masters in Business Law.
